They were friendly, professional and explained the process very well and told us what to expect over coming days after our treatment and how to prolong the life of it. I can rest easy now knowing our home has been taken care of for spiders and other critters coming into the warmer weather

I wrote the following account on my own Facebook page for a bit of fun, but I am happy for it to go on your website. Well done for a great job. Zac could not have been more helpful and more obliging. Newcastle Psychology & Health will happily use your services again if needed.Arriving back from the bracing and very fresh air of our Blue Mountains sojourn, I was greeted upon arrival at the Practice, walking through the Seminar Room, by a smell so rank, so malodorous that it seemed to come from the sulphurous pits of hell itself. A foul, gut-wrenching, gag-inducing miasma that was not of this world. As the staff arrived, we all decided that I was not having some olfactory hallucination (technically, a phantosmia), but that the stench was real enough. We set to, blocked the Seminar Room off from the rest of the building, and attempted to find someone, anyone, who would come to our aid. After two days of waiting for one firm to answer our entreaties, we abandoned them and found an alternate local outfit who were supposed to come yesterday, but got the appointment confused, and who came today. Young Zac immediately confirmed my theory that something was dead and decomposing. Clad in full overalls and gloves and with torch in hand, Zac braved the dark underbelly of the building and crawled into the tight spaces to search. Almost a half hour later, he emerged. He had found the late-lamented critter and very pleased with himself, he announced with a smile as if he'd found buried treasure, "dead cat". It had crawled in there, maybe after being hit by a car, and died, wedged between two rooms. The defunct feline having been wrapped and stowed in his trusty ute for disposal, our hero Zac drove off with thanks aplenty from this psychologist, staff and clinicians.
